Setting up the home office

Working from home is a novelty for me. Unlike many of my friends and associates I did not work from home during the pandemic of 2020. This was a choice beyond my control, however I have learned plenty of lessons from people I know. For example, natural light is important, as is some form of plant life.

I also severely underestimated the importance of ergonomics and had a bit of a crook neck for the first week until I get the monitor/chair alignment figured out. At the end of the day, it is a pleasant place to work and more often than not I get to observe some of the beautiful birdlife up here playing and feeding in the trees outside the window.

Oh and can you tell I’m a fan of Dark Mode?
